Landscape Install Crew Leader
HuntScapes is seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Install Crew Leader to oversee and execute high-quality landscape installations for both residential and commercial projects. The Crew Leader will be responsible for managing a team of 2-5 crew members, operating machinery, and ensuring the successful completion of projects on time and within scope. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on expertise, and a commitment to maintaining the company’s high standards of quality and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Crew Management: Lead, train, and supervise a team of 2-5 crew members to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
- Project Execution: Oversee all aspects of landscape installations, including grading, planting, hardscaping, irrigation, and site cleanup.
- Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate machinery such as skid steers, excavators, trenchers, and other landscape equipment.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work meets company standards, client expectations, and project specifications.
- Job Site Coordination: Read and interpret landscape plans, coordinate materials, and maintain a clean, organized job site.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure all crew members adhere to OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with team members, project managers, and clients as needed.
- Problem-Solving: Address challenges on-site, make necessary adjustments, and ensure efficient job completion.
- Time Management: Plan and execute daily tasks to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
