Account Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Account Manager to oversee the Maintenance Operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and maintenance practices are functioning optimally. This role requires managing 5 maintenance crews, implementing effective maintenance strategies, median level inside sales, and high level of knowledge with LMN – Landscape Management Network Software. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to analyze and negotiate solutions, and proactive approach to business development within the Maintenance Division.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned maintenance crews to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Median Level – Consumer Sales
- Median Level – Job Estimating
- On Site Meetings & Routine Check-In’s with New and Existing Maintenance Contracts
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring availability when needed.
- Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance staff to enhance their skills.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a maintenance management role or similar position within the landscaping industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Familiarity with sales processes, including account management and business development strategies.
- Proficient in using LMN or similar CRM software for tracking maintenance contracts, time tracking, scheduling, and estimating.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess situations quickly and make informed decisions.
- Experience in working with vendors and suppliers when purchasing job materials and conducting vehicle/equipment maintenance.
